Keyword ssnotime57 -There is no time limit. You can play this challenge and upload yourproject at Splitcoastand/or your Blog, anytime at all! You (and that means anyone and everyone, blogger or not!)can play as many times as you like!!! The point is to keep it simple, quick and have fun!!! Please link back here.

For todays challenge we have a special hostess! During our Blog Anniversary and Candy Parade last month, one of the *winnings* was a chance to write the Stamp Simply Challenge — and today is the day!!! Our hostess, with the mostest, is Heather TelfordWELCOME, HEATHER!!! You can check out Heather’s Blog here. And Heather came up with a FABULOUS challenge for today. In Heather’s own words — here it is:

Design a card without using any image stamps, no flowers, coffee cups, snowflakes or cupcakes, etc! The only stamps you can use in your design are sentiment stamps or background stamps. The sentiment can be large or small, stamped once or multiple times, you can even use a rub-on, a printed or a hand written sentiment if you prefer. Feel free to use designer paper and other accessories but leave the picture stamps on the shelf!

Thank you,Heather — what a great challenge!!!! It got me thinking in a whole new realm!!!! Here areour samples for your inspiration:

Heres myproject for todays challenge:

cosmo-star-480-wm-notime.jpg

I had so much fun making this card!!! I just got 2 new packs of Cosmo Cricket paper from Jacksonbelle Embellishments and I LOVE it. I’ve never had any Cosmo Cricket paper before — yes, a sheltered life — LOL!!! This was from a 12 x 12 Christmas Kit called Oh Joy! And it was pure joy!!! The star I used was one of the punchouts on 2 sheets in the pack filled with great punchouts!!! I stitched it onto the DP with my sewing machine. My chipboard W for *wish* is from a can of Crate Chipboard. It was finished in a brown, sort of Close to Cocoa, so I sponged it with SU Bravo Burgundy and LOVE the beautiful color and texture I got!!! It is soooo rich looking!!! My *wish* sentiment is from Define Your Life and on the inside it says : May the Blessings of the Season Shine Upon You — sticking with my star theme! Fun card and I’d like to make many more like this using more of the Cosmo punchouts.

Stamps: SU Define your Life and Star Studded for inside

Paper: SU Very Vanilla and Oh Joy by Cosmo Cricket

Ink: SU Bravo Burgundy

Accessories: Sewing machine, thread, button, Crate chipboard, Mounting Squares, Zots, sponge.

Hope you have time to try this challenge — it is simple and fun!!! And I like that!!! As always, thank YOU so much for stopping in!!! Have a great fall weekend!!!

Notices: It appears to me that Feedblitz has not picked up any of my posts for the past 3 or 4days — I have been posting, so scroll downif you’ve missed them.

Also, I have some retired SU stamp sets for sale. Click on the For Sale tab above my banner, or click here. Thanks!

Perfect Presentation – Part III — will continue on Monday.

Super card, Sharon. I love the deep color of that Cosmo Cricket DP. I combined your blog challenge this week with SCS’s Limited Supplies Challenge to make a card for Vicky Gould, whose husband died suddenly this week. I hope it brings her some comfort. Beautiful card, and I enjoyed seeing ALL the cards displayed in this challenge.
