Stamp Simply #83 – Thread it Through!

Keyword ssnotime83 -There is no time limit. You can play this challenge and upload yourproject at Splitcoastand/or your Blog, anytime at all! You (and that means anyone and everyone, blogger or not!)can play as many times as you like!!! The point is to keep it simple, quick and have fun!!! Please link back here.

Thread it Through! Let’s thread something through this week! Fun!!! There are punches that punch holes specifically for the purpose of threading something through, or we can make our own holes with any punch we have. We can thread ribbon or twine through button holes, or we could actually thread a needle and sew. Let your imagination and creativity run wild — just start threading, and have fun!!!

Check out the greatsamples for the Stamp Simply Challenge today on the blogs of these designers:

Please bear with us as we are all uploading and linking on Thursday night.

You can see all Gallery Submissions here.

What wonderful samples!!! Thank you girls!!! Much appreciated!!!

A simply stamped monogrammed card using Times New Roman Uppercase Font by JustRite. My 1.25″ wide silk ribbon is threaded through holes punched by the Martha Stewart Small Ribbon Threader Punch — it’s a fun one! A couple punches and all your holes are there, perfectly aligned for ribbon threading. Though the holes are small, my 1.25″ wide silk easily fit in them, and I love the look! This silk ribbon is SO soft and SO supple you can do just about anything with — I am totally hooked on it — THE most soft and workable ribbon I have ever used, and super light weight — it has pretty much no weight at all!!! My bottom border is another Martha Stewart Punch — Arched Lattice — SUCH a pretty border!!! Black and white, simply done — not much else to say! But I can’t WAIT to see what all the other girls do for their threaded creations!

Once again, I’d like to thank you all for stopping in today. And if you can, say a little prayer for my Dad. I’m taking him early Friday morning out of town for a Doctors visit. I’m hoping to be home on Saturday. I’m so grateful it’s spring and we at least don’t have winter weather to contend with as we travel. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend ahead!!! Again, thank you so much for stopping in — see you soon!
