Finally Back with an Update and Blog Candy!
Hi everyone – I’m FINALLY back! I was here and ready to go yesterday, as promised, but, wouldn’t you know, my Blog was down. I guess the powers that be were making improvements, so that is a good thing. I think I’m up and running normally now – I guess I’ll see if this works!!!A Bow Easy Update: Many of you have written during my computer down-time asking to be put on the waiting list. REST ASSURED, YOU ARE ON THE LIST, even though you have not heard back from me. I got in shipments #2, 3, and 4 of the Bow Easy and have been busy billing and shipping. I will get to you all as soon as I possibly can, I promise! I am billing in order of request received. I am still on May 7, almost to May 8 — just to give you an idea. I am approaching the end of those who were told they’d be on shipment #2. Once billed, I am shipping in order of payment received, trying to ship all within 24 hours of payment made –so far, so good! I ask for your patience — this has turned into a monumental job that I did not anticipate! But it is fun!!! I just can’t wait till I have time to cruise the galleries and blogs to see what you all are doing with your Bow Easy templates!Dont know what the Bow Easy is read here and here. You may still request to be on the waiting list by emailing me at [email protected]. And, YES, I ship to Canada, UK, Australia, Sweden, etc.On a personal level: This weekend we helped our oldest son move away to his new job. It was fun, extremely busy, and sad at the same time. We are so proud of him andfeel so blessed that hewas able to secure employment during these times.We praise the Lord for that! And on a sad note, while we were gone my Dad ended up in the hopsital with a very seriousemergency surgery and has been in ICU for many days. He is now ready to be moved to a regular room and things are progressing nicely, so again, much to be thankful for and weoffer Praise to the Lord once again!!! If you could please keep him in your prayers for continued healing — I’d sure appreciate it!!! Thank you!!!Helpout a good cause: My good friend, Tammy, is involved with a cause to benefit Alzheimers. Thanks!!!Now on to the Blog Candy: Since I don’t have any new cards or projects to share with you, I did have a nice little pile of brand new, but soon to be retiring, product by JustRite, so I pulled out two of them to offer today as Blog Candy.

What’s next? Well, for this weekend I need a baby shower card, about 8 graduation cards and a birthday card. Well, it’s going to be tough to get those done, for sure, so you can BET they’ll be SUPER simple — LOL!!! Check back to see whatI come up with!!! My thoughts and prayers are with you Dad. I hope he continues to get better quickly. I don’t have any Favorite Just Rite products at all. But, I do like the new Trompe script. But, then again, I like a lot of things on the Just Rite site!
I like the new tiny borders and centers…though my eye does tend to go toward the oval shaped stamps…I like the way it softens a card front. I would like to see more colorable inserts…or ones that we could paper piece.
It’s so hard when our children leave the nest, but all part of God’s perfect plan. Love the blog candy!
It sounds like life is keeping you busy, and thank God that your Dad is healing. I am also praying for his well being — and for your son’s new job.

Pick my favorite – you have to be kidding. Well if I have to it would probably be the coffee set. One thing – I wish they would make some more stamps for the 3 1/4 stamp. All I have for it is the Christmas stamps. Would love to have some other things this size.

Our son is getting married in July and even though he’s been out of the house for a couple of years, it’s another adjustment of having to share him at holiday time. Hi Sharon! I was lucky enough to get in on the first bow easy shipment and I’m really enjoying it. I like the Trompe Script set and I like the fact that there are so many letters in so many sizes!
It’s hard to see children leave the nest, but rewarding to see them achieve their dreams and goals. It’s just better when they do those things close to home! Prayers for your Dad.

Prayers are definitely headed your way for your Dad and all the other Life events you’ve had on your plate this week. Awesome isn’t it that God holds our hands as we walk through these times! Grief and joy all mixed together is part of the human condition – I like to remind God that he made us that way so it’s nice that he helps out 😀
I love the Just Rite products and many are on my wish list. The Damask Borders and Monograms where the first that caught my eye but now I’m jonesing for the vertical stamper and the rectangle stamper blocks along with the new tromp and times roman lowercase font sets. After all if e.e. cummings didn’t need capitals why should i – LoL! And so often I have something I want to say but no ready made stamp to say it with and a computer generated text doesn’t always cut it!

moved along with their four girls so Dad could get a new job and yes, I
was happy that they are employed but it sure is difficult. Thank the Lord

I especially like the monograms, but maybe that’s because it’s all I have from JustRite so far. I’m excited at the prospects of some of what’s new, like the little fonts and the semi-circle phrases. Oh, and the new recipe sets look neat! Thanks for sharing so generously from your stash!

I’m really sorry about your dad, Sharon. That is a tough one. I can relate to your son…my youngest has moved into his own place. There are days I breathe a sigh of relief having the house to ourselves and there are days I can’t stand the quiet!

I am actually accumulating quite a collection of Just Rite stamps and stampers and I love them all. My “favorites” at the moment are the Times New Roman Fonts – the upper and lower cases. I love that I can make my words completely straight.

I can definitely relate to children growing up and leaving home. As moms, we feel the emptiness and sadness, but also the proud feeling that we have done a good job raising them so they can be out on their own. I always thought the empty nest syndrome wasn’t any big deal until I actually went through it myself, and found out just how real it is.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family for a speedy recovery for your dad. Having ill or ailing parents is a very hard thing to go through. I am having similar challenges with my parents so I can understand what you are going through.

I never knew that there were that many Just Rite stamp sets! I love them all, but if I had to pick one it would be the “Favourite occasions borders and centers”. They are really awesome. I will have to ask a friend to bring me some when she goes home this summer. We live in United Arab Emirates and I have never seen them in a shop here. We have limited supplies to work with.

First, I pray your father is continuing to improve. Second, I found your site and have been reading all of it. You provide a wealth of information. I especially like the information you gave on conditioning the JustRite stamps. I have only recently been researching all the Justrite products so I haven’t used any yet. I looked at the gallery samples and really like the monograms and the others stamps that can be customized with your own sayings. The colorable centers are great also. My favorite JustRite set at this moment is the 2″ circle stamper. I really like the 15 point font as an alternative to the small alphabet!
I love the JustRite monograms – I partner them with the Nestabilities and make cards just right (ha!) for notes and thank you notes. It is so hard to let our children “go” but it is so rewarding to see the fruits of our parenting. I pray that your dad will continue to improve.
I have some JustRite products and I like all for different reasons… I like the monogram stamper for the round shape… love the Bryton alphabet set to spell different words (also great sizes)… also like the oval sets… It’s just fun playing with all of them. :o) TFS!

After seeing all the things you do with the “justrightstamper” I took the plunge a couple weeks ago and bought my first one, the Luxe stamper kit. I LOVE IT!! Now, I think I would like to have a rectangle stamper. My favorites would be the Trompe script font set and the Brayton font set. I can’t find them around here, so will have to get them through the internet. Thank you so much for introducing me to “Justrightstampers” and for all you great ideas. I’m a “colorer” so definitely my favorite type of stamp set is one with images I can color. On to happier topics (like stamping!)- I really like the Celebrations Demi Phrases- they are so versatile and can be mixed with all kinds of images/sets. I have not ever used the Just Rite sets, but have enjoyed seeing the many samples online over the last year. I really like the phrase sets such as the one you are offering in your blog candy. They just seem so versatile!

My favorite Justrite stamp set that I love would have to be the Chique Oval stamper I had been having my eye on it and when I went to finally order it they discountinued it I was so sad. I have the Sonnet set and love love it.

Prayers for your father’s continued recovery. I had to think about this question for a while. Initially, I was attracted to the monograms the most, but now I’m really into the fonts and am just saving up my pennies for one of the new vertical stampers.
Sorry to hear your Dad is in the hospital but thankful he is recovering nicely. Prayers for his quick healing and for your son and he new position. I love the Just Rite product but do not have as much I would like. But then again, I probably would only be happy if I had everything!! LOL. I think I like the new Favorite Occasions Borders & Centers Set 1-5/8″ best of all the new products. I would love to add the lower case Times New Roman set to my collection too. The ovals would compliment what I have already. Keeping my fingers crossed!!

First of all Sharon your father is in my prayers for the a faithful and miracle healing from our Savior Jesus Christ. Know that I am lifting him up in prayer as I type this.
Second, I am sure it is hard to have a child move away, but as you said praising God for him being able to find work in these down economic times.
and thirdly, my favorite choice of the Justrite Stamp would have to be the Occasion and Centers Set. There is unlimited uses with that set. Thanks for offering up the blog candy.

Ovals favor my current speech therapy lesson kiddos. Stamping some ovals instead of pulling the longer drawn out sounds through slinky stretching could be a lesson lightening experience for those learners. Simply worth a try! Keep Looking Up!

I took a look at the JustRite site and they have a lot of fun sets, but I love the caffeine borders and centers, such an awesome set with great images and sentiments!
I LOVE the Borders & Centers and the Monogram kits. I’ve been drooling over these for a while now. I did find a small shop the other day that had a set on clearance. It’s a monogram set, I love it! Great for personalizing note sets, 3D items, and I’m sure tons more.

JustRites have been on my “Need” list for way too long, but family “needs” keep pushing that list out, so the sets you’re offering would be a fabulous beginning. I think the vertical stamper would be an awesome addition to any cardmaker’s stash too!
