Flower Soft Christmas Blog Hop
Today’s Flower Soft Blog Hop will be filled with Christmas inspiration — perfect for those of you still trying to come up with Christmas cards and projects! I made a simple, but elegant, card with the only cardstock used being white. Take a look:
White on white with some gold leaf pen (Krylon 18 kt. Gold Leafing Pen) and a pop of red. No stamping at all. The first time I spotted these Vintage Christmas Taglets by Flower Soft I knew I had to have them. These little squares of loveliness measure about 1.75″ square are so fun and easy to to use. There are 30 included in a package. I cut mine out and placed them into this square format. Options are endless with these little square panels. One would be perfect for a small gift tag, 2 or 3 stacked vertically for a bookmark, and any number in any arrangement for a card — totally fun to play with!!! The card I’m showing today is 5.25″ square. A quick make! The tiny bow is made on the Bow Easy using 1/4″ 100% Silk Ribbon.
I used Poppy Red Flower Soft on my flowers and I’m trying to get a good view of that detail here. Just dab on a bit of Flower Soft Glue, sprinkle on the Poppy Red Flower Soft, shake off the excess and done! It adds so much, especially when seen IRL. I’ve added some red Kaiser Rhinestones to balance the design and add a little sparkly glitz!

This is BEAUTIFUL! I want flower soft now…..something more to buy!
Wow Sharon! My heart skipped a beat when I saw this beauty. How do you get your gold lines to be straight and not splotchy where your pen pauses? I use a ruler but, when my hand pauses, it creates a tiny spot of ink pooling. The OCD in me then tosses the paper in the trash and I move on! LOL! Hugs,
Totally classy, signature Sharon card 😀 Gorgeous!
