And here’s my card today with a romantic theme:

We have an out of town basketball game tonight so I was pressed for time today.  And when I’m rushed, I always grab my Journal Notes by Crafty Secrets.  This beautiful floral was from the Summertime pad.  I added a sentiment and bow and called it done!!!  Stamped Simply, for sure!

My sentiment is from Loving Thoughts (see graphic and description below).  Cut with Petite Circle Nesties, pierced for a lacey look, and adorned with Kaiser Rhinestones for some sparkle.  I used VersaFine Vintage Sepia Ink.  Simple layers, quickly done!

My bow was so pretty,  just wanted to show you.  This is a double bow of 100% Mauve 1.25″ Silk Ribbon by May Arts, made on the Bow Easy, adhered to the card with Aleene’s Fast Grab Tacky Glue that I get from Wal-Mart.  Just takes a minute to do this bow!

JR -09725 Loving Thoughts Centers

Here’s a graphic of the set I used — Loving Thoughts Centers by JustRite Stampers — for the 1 5/8″ Stampers.  This is one of the new releases that just shipped this week.  I have a good supply on hand.  They sell for $14.95.  Just email me if you’d like a set — [email protected].

Signing off quickly — must get to that game on time.  I’ll be back later tonight to provide all links — the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store carries most items to make this card — the Journal Notes, Silk Ribbon, JustRite Stamps, Kaiser Pearls, Spellbinders Petite Circle Nestabilities, Bow Easy.

I’ll be back later to clean up this post — thanks for stopping in!!!!
