Stamp Simply #135 – A Color Challenge & Prayer Request

Published by at 6 51 am under Challenges

I’m writing this early Thursday morning and posting now as my internal blog clock to prepost is totally out of whack.  My Dad has been very ill and hospitalized.  He was transferred last night to Marquette, so that’s where I’m spending the day today.   He has very serious heart issues going on and I would ask for your prayers.  His defibrillator went off and shocked him somewhere in the area of 40 – 50 times in a 3 hour period yesterday afternoon.  Things then settled down and we are all praying for better news today.  Thank you for any prayers you can offer.

I hope things are going better with your Dad. I’ll pray for him and for you to have that “peace that surpasses all understanding”. How wonderful to have so many friends pray for you and your Dad!

This is my first time doing a challenge with you. I noticed the colors and I thought it would be fun to try out where I love both those colors. The image wasn’t simple, but the card was…hope that fits under the “stamp simply” category. This is also my first time using my Prismacolor pencils without using mineral spirits to blend them…definitely not simple!

Thanks for the challenge! I’ll be praying for you.

    Kathy

  40. Colleen Dietrich says:
