Stamp Simply Autumn Splendor Blog Hop
Welcome to our August Blog Hop! The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store Design Team and I have all come up with projects for you showcasing the Splendors of Autumn — it’s been very hot and humid here and I do look forward to those cooler, crisper, fresher days of Autumn!

For my card today showcasing some the of many Splendors of Autumn, I chose to use the rich and lush colors in Kaiser’s 6×6 pad, LUSH. LOVE this pad. Here’s my card:
We have to attend a funeral today so I made this card to bring. Just LOVE these gorgeous autumn colors in the LUSH pad and I know many of you will recognize this JustRite set as being my long time go-to set for sympathy cards. The set is called Thinking of You and it fits the Large Oval Stamper.
My sentiment is cut with my Petite Oval Nestabilities and layered on a Labels 10 Nesties by Spellbinders, decorated with light green Kaiser Pearls. My 1″ Stitched Satin ribbon is simply pleated by hand and the pleats are held into place with Scor-Tape. VersaFine Onyx Black ink was used.
Just a little peek at the inside. Quick and easy but dresses it up just enough without a lot of fuss.

The temps are so hot in the south … it is so refreshing to see all of the Fall posts as of late … gives a girl hope that cooler weather is ahead. 🙂
