Prima Roses, Spellbinders Leaves and lovely little trees in autumn and Christmas themed 6×6 pads by Imaginisce, plus a few other goodies as well.  Let’s start with the card I made using Apple Cider, a 6×6 pad with darling, small-scaled images.  And it was the small scale of the images/patterns in these pads by Imaginisce that drew me to them — take a look:

Are those darling little trees, or what!  I loved them instantly.  They add a lot of interest and fun, but are not so large or overpowering as to take away from my focal image which, in this case, are the die cut leaves I made with my Spellbinders Assorted Leaves dies.  LOVE the veining on these dies!  My Bless You is from a Wordsworth set, Everyday Greetings, cut on a Circle Nestie.  FUN card to make!

Love these colors, too!  Cardstock is SU Old Olive and Bashful Blue, a combo I have always enjoyed!  The top leaf is cut from a sheet in the Apple Cider pad.  My ribbon is the fun NEW 3/4″ Striped Twill, available in a large range of colors.  Rectangle Nesties were used as the base for my leaves.

Scor-Buddy – $19.99

If you are familiar with and like the Scor-Pal, you’ll love the Scor-Buddy, a smaller version with some big improvements. The Scor-Buddy has grooves every 1/4″ across the board, plus 1/8 grooves for the first and last inch of the board. The board measures 9″ x 7.5″ and has a fence on the left side. A Scor-Tool is included.

I love my little Xyron X and that’s why I wanted to share it here.  I’ve used one of these for years and years and honestly don’t know how I’d get along without it.  I use it for adhering small things — it is only 1.5″ wide, so can only accept items that size or smaller.  I enjoying using corner flourishes or swirls on my cards and most that I use fit into my Xyron X — it is SO easy to adhere those little die cuts — no fussing with glue pens — just run them through the Xyron X and they instantly become a sticker!!!

Now on to the Prima Roses that I mentioned on Saturday — sorry it took me so long to get this posted — life happens, what can I say — LOL!!!  I love, love, love these flowers!!!  I think most of you reading this know me and my style — it’s gotta be easy and quick, without a lot of fuss, but I still like it pretty — BINGO!!!!  Glue on a flower, add a little ribbon — quick, easy and pretty!!!  I have ordered a huge variety of these flowers in many, many colors, but as often happens, much of what was ordered is out of stock — it’ll come, just not sure when.  So for now I’m happy to show you what did arrive:
