An Earthy Card and Sale on Kaisercraft

I love my Kaisercraft products!  I have a card to show you today made with a new pad I recently got and I’m running a short sale on all Kaisercraft products I have in stock.  My husband says I have too much *stuff* — I just say I don’t have enough room!!!  LOL!!!  Let me show you my card first, then we’ll move on to the sale and a few other things!

This card with more of an earthy, natural overtone was made with one of Kaiser’s new pads, Secret Bird Society. LOVE the colors in this pad, (sage, brown, peach and blue).  But I also love that you can pull just the more natural looking sheets to get a card very well suited for a guy, as in this card.  Another fun thing about the Kaiser 6×6 pads is that every pad has 10 pages that are either varnished, foiled, flocked, embossed, glittered, die cut, etc.  We all love those *special* sheets!!! My stamped sentiment is from Rose Border by Wordsworth.  You can see all my Wordsworth stamp sets here.  It was stamped in VersaFine Onyx Black ink.

My focal image bird was one of the die cut punch outs in Secret Bird Society.  It happened to be a perfect 2″ circle so I just used my 2″ punch and punched a circle of cardstock to back it for more stability as I knew I was going to elevate it with dimensionals.  A brad and string bow finish it off.

You can see a most definitely more feminine card also made with Secret Bird Society here.  A VERY versatile pad with lots of options.

Just a note to those of you who so loyally stick with me here.  I know my blog store is very unconventional to begin with,  currently rather a  mess, way overcrowded, with me directing you to posts to see items, etc.  I promise you better days are coming when things will be organized, easy to access and easier to purchase.  It just all takes time, and no matter how hard any of us tries, there ARE ONLY 24 hours in a day — much as we all wish we could change that — LOL!!!!

I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your encouragement and support, and in return for that I do promise you easier browsing and shopping at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store some time down the road!

Hope you all have a great summer weekend!  We have some gorgeous weather here to usher us into September!!!  See you all real soon!!!
