Ribbon Inspiration/Stamp Simply Style – Bo Bunny
Welcome to another Saturday blog hop – Ribbon Inspiration/Stamp Simply Style. Today the Stamp Simply Design Team is focusing on paper and other products by Bo Bunny — we all love the Bo Bunny line and have created a variety of fun and pretty projects for you to see today. As always, the blog candy offered and links to the design team projects are at the end of this post.
My card for today is all about color, and LOTS of it! Take a look:
My card is 5.5″ square and will be inserted into a 5.5″ Square Clear Box both for protection and presentation.
All paper is from Ambrosia by Bo Bunny. If you like a lot of color, you’ll LOVE this pad! The colors in this pad worked SO well with many of my ribbons and other embellishments I had on hand — a total bonus!

The birthday sentiment is from Anchors Away by JustRite, a part of their fabulous May Release.
Dies used: Petite Ovals and Fancy Tags Two by Spellbinders
The die to cut the Happy Birthday Banner is made by Spellbinders for JustRite — Vintage Label and Banners Dies. It’s a new die set from the May release and thus far has been unavailable, but GOOD NEWS! I have received a shipping notice and I’ll be getting these dies in stock Wednesday, 5/30. They will be available for shipment on 5/31. This has been a MUCH awaited die set, and well worth the wait. I am so happy to be able to tell you it is almost here!!! Oh, happy day! It coordinates with several JustRite sets (find sets under Store News). Please feel free to order yours now for shipment to you on 5/31.
Kaisercraft Rhinestones were used (light pink and lilac) as well as 3D Foam Squares for elevation.
I had fun with the ribbon trim. Much to my pleasure, the Webster’s Pages Fabric Flower Bloomers (on sale) coordinated so well with this pad. I used the S-10 package. Several colors in that package work so well with this pad. I have always loved the Bloomers – so FUN to play with!
Applying Scor Tape to the card makes it very easy to adhere the Bloomers.
I added a flirty bow made of Seam Binding – Orchid and Paradise Aqua were used. 48 colors are available.
Bows are made with the Original Bow Easy.
My bow center is adorned with a Webster’s Pages Little Whimsies resin flower embellishment.
The bow and resin flower are applied with Aleene’s glue (I’m generous with glue, hold and press till it grabs, and once dried it’s there forever!)
And here’s the inside, again using pieces from the same pad.
I’ll give this card to someone who is a bit younger, or at least young at heart!

There is a lot of new paper with older pads at reduced priced – search by the size you prefer (6×6, A4, 8×8, 12×12) and then you can narrow it down by manufacturer.
There are a lot of NEW Spellbinders dies, with much of the older supply at reduced prices.
