Ribbon Inspiration/Stamp Simply Style – Prima
Welcome! It is Saturday so that means it’s time for more Ribbon Inspiration/Stamp Simply Style. This week the Stamp Simply Design Team is showcasing product by Prima. We all love our Prima embellishments and truly, I can hardly create a thing without some Prima flowers. Today we are all using paper by Prima as well — SUCH pretty pads! I think you’ll enjoy them.
Here’s my card for today — YES, another wedding card. We also have two 60th anniversary parties soon, so I’ll switch to anniversary cards soon!
Today I’ve used products from the Nature Garden Collection by Prima.
I have Prima pads available in 6 x 6, A4 (slightly larger than 8 x 11), and 12 x 12. I used a 6 x 6 pad today.

Whenever a pad has some blush-toned sheets, it seems I always grab those first — just LOVE this color. The cardstock used is SU Blush Blossom and Very Vanilla.
Once again, this card is 6.5 x 4.75″. It fits perfectly into an A6 Clear Box. Additionally, I really like this size as it gives me just a bit more room to work. I insert my cards into a clear box as soon as they are completed. They are totally protected and it is so easy to organize/store them when they are all in their own clear boxes. Then when it’s time to give the card, the clear box makes the perfect presentation!

Leaf is from a package of Laraine Roses by Prima
1.5″ Pleated Satin by May Arts in Ivory
1/2″ Seam Binding in Cameo Beige
Burlap String by May Arts in Ivory
Scor Tape is used to hold the ribbon
Aleene’s glue from superstores is used to create the floral cluster
The Cuttlebug corner die cut was run through the Xyron X to make it sticky
The bows are made on the Original Bow Easy

Sentiment is from Summer Words, a clear set by JustRite
Spellbinders dies: Fancy Tags One and Petite Oval Nesties
3D Foam Squares used for elevation
This is my long time favorite sentiment for wedding cards – 1 Corinthians 13. I’ve used it for years on wedding card insides. I used to do it on the computer, but now I’m SO happy to carry this single stamp by ODBD. You can find it here. It coordinates with LOVE that I used on my last post.
