Shabby Chic Autumn Leaves – Here and Abroad!

As many of you likely realize, our DT member, Deb, is currently living far, far away from the US in the country of Tajikistan.  But wherever you are, women enjoy the same things — namely, being creative and making something with their hands.  Deb taught a stamping class this week and she came up with two wonderful cards for her class participants, who I believe were mostly beginning level stampers.  I’ll give you a peek here:

Both cards Deb taught at her class used JustRite’s clear stamp set,  Shabby Chic Autumn Leaves — a gorgeous leaf set!

Deb used up mostly older SU supplies for her class projects — I believe papers and ribbon were older SU items.

You can see the full cards and hear about Deb’s class on her blog here.

These leaf images were chalked — I’m just as anxous to go and read Deb’s post as you to learn more about her class!

Here’s another class card using the same stamp set – Shabby Chic Autumn Leaves.  Love the sentiment here!

Deb taught her class the Cracked Glass Technique on this card and there’s a better close up of the beautiful glazed leaf on Deb’s blog.

Supplies Deb used:

VersaFine Vintage Sepia Ink, Versa Mark Ink

Melt Art Ultra Thick Embossing Powder, Heat Gun

I’m sure the ladies had a GREAT time — thanks so much for sharing with us, Deb.

Shabby Chic Autumn Leaves, a clear set, that Deb used on the above projects.
