Delightful Santa’s List Trio – by Tricia Traxler
Tricia has created the most delightful trio of cards to share with us today. They are Christmas cards done up to be light, airy and refreshing — not what we usually think of when Christmas cards are the subject! Tricia achieved this fun look by her choice of papers ( color and design), fun ribbons and whimsical die cut images. The paper she used is from the fun Santa’s List Collection by Kaisercraft, as are the die cut images and stamp set, and the fun ribbon is by May Arts (of course!). Take a look, I know you’ll enjoy these as much as I did:
Yes, I look at these cards and “delightful” is the word that instantly comes to mind!

Paper Collection: Santa’s List by Kaisercrsaft, including paper pad, die cuts and stamp set
Ribbon: May Arts 3/8″ Dotted Sheer – White and Parrot Green; 1/4″ Chevron Striped Twill – Red; Metallic String – Silver
Embellishments: Kaisercraft Pearls – Red
Adhesives: Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Glue; 3D Foam Squares
This is SO sweet — I LOVE the clothes line die cut!
And aren’t these papers so pretty – refreshing!
Every time I see simple cards made with die cuts, I can’t help but think how fun it would be to engage children in the card-making process. Make the card base for them, then give them some foam dimensionals and a pack of die cuts. I think they’d have a blast!
Leaping deer are always perfect holiday images and this one in red is perfect here!
