Deb’s Copic colored Christmas wreath today fills one with the warmth and coziness of Christmas. The gorgeous background paper Deb used is from the Cozy Christmas collection by Simple Stories. The paper designs are super fun and Deb’s colored wreath is a perfect match to the paper! Her simple card design allows both the patterned paper and the wreath to stand out without competing against each other. Beautifully done! And can you see the glaze over the wreath circle? Deb uses this finishing technique often and it sure sets off the focal image beautifully, giving it such a rich appearance. Take a look:

Gorgeous! The wreath circle is coated with Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel (UTEE).

A simple thing to do, giving such a polished effect to the finished card. Once the wreath was colored and die cut, Deb covered it with VersaMark and then embossed it with the UTEE. You can repeat this process time and again to get the coating as thick as you like. Deb did 3 applications on today’s card.
