Vintage Cameo – by Deb Saaranen
Deb’s card today has so much lovely vintage appeal, but is an easy to make card with the simple layering of a few pretty things. It all starts with the gorgeous papers chosen from a Prima Collection called Stationer’s Desk. Deb then created a beautiful cameo silhouette with a Spellbinders die, framing the oval cameo with lace – it’s SO pretty! It’s finished off with a bit more lace and a Sugared Berry Cluster from Petaloo. Very vintage and very lovely! AND if you want a card flat for mailing, omit the berries and you’re set to go! Take a look:

Gosh, I love these! They show such a variety of layering options. You’ll note with each of these the silhouette was cut out and popped up, while on Deb’s card today she used the black negative image and backed it with designer paper.
