Scripture Magnets – by Sharon Johnson
My post is certainly late today, but I really did want to show this fun project to you before we get into our week with all the Design Team projects.
I made a coordinated trio of magnets using Scripture from The Beatitudes stamp sets and pretty paper by Kaisercraft.
I was super pleased with these magnets.
I’ve had this project in mind for SO long and knew I HAD to make the time when these beautiful stamps from The Beatitudes stamp sets became available. I actually had 6 of them stamped and ready to go, but I only had time to put these 3 together today. There will be more another time.
And it’s SUPER easy with the NEW adhesive back peel-and-stick business card magnets we just got in stock.
First the list of supplies, then more photos:
Stamps: Blessings/Beatitudes 1 and Blessings/Beatitudes 2 by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps
Paper: Botanica by Kaisercraft (SO pretty)
Dies: Spellbinders Labels Four
Ribbon: May Arts 1/4″ Silk Ribbon – Olive
Embellishments: Kaisercraft Rhinestones – Lilac
Kaisercraft Mini Paper Blooms – Grape
Magnets: ProMag Adhesive Business Card Magnets
Adhesives: 3D Foam Squares, Liquid Glue
These are the backs of my magnets.
The magnets are business card size. I cut one in half for the two smaller magnets and I had to cut about 3/8″ off the larger one. They cut like butter on my paper cutter. There are 10 of these peel-and-stick magnets in one package. What FUN they will be!
These are the magnets just on the back of a metal picture.
{{{LOVE}}} these and they were SO fun to make!!!

These are so beautiful… having just gotten my sweet hubby home from the hospital from surgery, these stamps have been such a blessing for me. Thank you. You touch people you never know about.
Just had to tell you Sharon how beautiful these are and what a sweet little gift they would make for someone this Easter.
Sharon, these are just stunning.. I keep using that word.. but I can’t think another one that describes your work…
Absolutely Gorgeous and what a great little gift these would make for someone.
At first glance I knew I had to make these for little encouragement gifts for our church people.
This is a great alternative to a card but could be tucked in a card for an added element.
I make about ten cards a week and so this new idea is a welcome change. So glad to see these little beauties on your blog Sharon!
Your magnets are so pretty! I too, have so many people who would benefit from receiving one of these magnets. A wonderful idea you had Sharon and thanks for sharing it.
This is such a lovely idea! Thanks for showing.
