I hosted a Make-N-Take yesterday and we did a wedding card. It looks a bit lavish with the lace and silk, but was truly pretty simple and quick to create. We had several brand new stampers in the bunch and their finished products looked like they were produced by seasoned stampers! Everyone had fun and enjoyed their cards, so I consider that a success! Next we’ll all make baby cards.

I did all the cutting at home and the ladies did the stamping and assembly.

The ink we used is the answer to the prayers of many.

Do you like the look of embossing but not necessarily the hassle, the mess, the fuss?

This ink is a wonderful substitute (or replacement) for heat embossing.

It’s a rich, metallic pigment ink. It stamps beautifully but does need a bit of drying time. When dried, it is metallic and glistens beautifully.  You don’t get the raised dimension of heat embossing, but it is equally as pretty.
