Today it’s all about ribbon – glorious ribbon! Darsie excels at home decor projects and the ribbon topiary she shares with us today is certainly no exception. As they say, it had me from hello! Oh my – take a look for yourself:

Ribbon, ribbon and MORE ribbon – simply gorgeous.

Darsie painted her terra cotta pot red, used styrofoam balls both in the pot and for the ribbon base on top, connected them with a trendy striped straw, and attached her ribbon to the ball with stick pins. Sequins cover the ball in the pot.

1.5 inch Sheer w/Glitter Dots – Red/Red, Light Fuchsia and Fuchsia

3/8 inch Woven Hearts – Red and Pink

1.5 inch Pink Gingham

1.5 inch Grosgrain Stripes – Pink/White

1 inch Grosgrain with Satin Edge – Red and White

3/4 inch Striped Chevron Twill – Red

1/2 inch Grosgrain Stripes – Red/White

3/8 inch Dotted Sheer – Red/White and Fuchsia/White

1.5 inch Sheer with Velvet Dots – Red/White

3/8 inch Solid Two Tone – Red and  Dark Red

5/8 inch Textured Two Tone – Pink/White

3/8 inch Adhesive Gingham Hearts (around the pot rim)
