Deb, as so many of us, has been heavy-hearted with concern for the victims in the path of Harvey, having family in that area. For today’s project she created a journal insert with expressions of her own personal feelings at this time. It’s a beautiful and heart-felt project, expressing the feelings of so many at the time of this tragedy. Take a look:

 There are two portions to this project – the larger journaling sheets and then the paper bag envelopes on top.

The entire project is an insert for Deb’s leather journal cover.

Here’s the journal with the paper bag portion removed.

The leaf image and sentiment are from the paper pad and were used on the cover to the journal sheets.

Here’s the first journal sheet – stenciled and adorned with a stamped and die cut leaf.
