Tim Holtz Stenciled Collage Paper – by Deb Saaranen
Deb is sharing a stunning card today that she created with the NEW Tim Holtz Collage Paper called Aviary. (Have you seen these papers – oh my!) She used a stencil to emboss atop the paper using embossing paste, and then tinted it with a beautiful metallic lustre. And her signature seam binding bow topped it off beautifully! Take a look:
WOW! Just gorgeous!
I truly love the vintage shabbiness of this project.

Tim Holtz Idea-ology Collage Paper Tube – Plain, Botanical, Aviary and Floral
These are thin, translucent collage papers, like a heavy tissue paper.
They come in a handy storage tube and are 6″ wide x 6 yards long.
The Plain is 7 yards long.
The vintage art prints are beyond gorgeous!

The Plain paper is offered so you can journal on it it, stamp on it, write on it, run it through your printer if you like – your options are pretty much limitless.
You can tear a beautiful feathered edge on any of these papers simply by painting on a line of water and tearing.
You might want to use the black and white paper over a colored background OR color or tint the flowers yourself. It will not bleed.
Once the collage medium is applied, the paper itself becomes totally translucent.
These beautiful vintage art print papers are so much fun to play with!
