I’m giddy with delight over how Deb created her gorgeous birthday card today. It resembles a quilt with all the varied and beautiful strips of paper. And what totally ‘got me’ was that Deb cut all those strips with a die, no tedious measuring at the paper cutter. Take a look:

Deb chose these gorgeous papers from the Alpine collection by Authentique.

And all the paper strips were cut using our Fishtail Sentiment Banners die set.

Deb cut her base piece and then applied all the strips, tails extended over the edge, then merely cut off the excess extended tails. Now, how easy is that!

What a striking card!

Here’s a fun detail – note the single enamel dot placed between two of the fishtails.
