It’s mid-week already, it’s summer time and the living is easy – and that calls for a quick and easy card.

Quick cards are most surely at the top of my list of favorites to make. There is nothing I love more than flipping through a pad of pretty papers, selecting a few sheets and letting them dictate the direction. Jill did just that today and her card is super lovely, combining 2 paper patterns and a simple birthday greeting. Take a look:

As lovely as can be!

The sentiment embossed in white on black paper turns it into a lovely focal feature, and the multi-colored enamel dots pull it all together.

A fun layout making good use of designer papers in pretty patterns.

This is a lovely card design I will surely want to replicate.
