Good Monday morning.

Deb is here today with a 6×6″ project using our Michigan Series of stamps and dies that could be used as a home decor piece or as a larger card. Deb and I are both from the Upper Peninsula where logging is a way of life for many and a good portion of the immigrants 100+ years ago were lumberjacks. So it was only fitting that she created this fun project with a lumberjack theme. Take a look:

I {{{absolutely love}}} this!!!

All those fun papers are from the Little Lumber Jack paper pad by Echo Park – and it’s a fun one!

I love the paper selections for both of the peninsulas and how well they play against the barnboard backdrop.

To create this card Deb used both of the peninsula dies as stand alone dies, cut from the fun papers.

She then cut additional peninsulas from cardstock and layered them for this heavier chipboard look.

The sentiments are from both the Upper and Lower Peninsula stamp sets.

This is so much fun and truly such an easy make whether you choose to use it as a home decor piece or make it into a card.
