Good Monday morning! Some weeks our Design Team is challenged to create projects within a theme. This week the theme was to create projects in basic black & white. I have long loved a simply made card in black and white. Somehow they just seem so pure and honest, so bare, yet they can be so lovely. Holly begins this week of black & white with a fun cup of Java! Take a look:

Well, there’s a lot of life to this black & white card!

Holly added texture with a dotted embossing folder, sharp contrast with the divided background and everyone’s favorite cup of java in a fun plaid design.

The cup and die cut java are from our set called A Cup of Java.

The sentiment is from our set called Typewritten What You Mean to Me.

Such a fun card both to make and to receive!
