Basic Black & White – Warm Winter Wishes – by Deb Felts

(Current US Shipping Special – $3.95 – $5.95)

Good morning! It’s day 4 of our week featuring cards in black and white and Deb is here today with a card so very clever I just couldn’t stop smiling! It has a fun winter theme and is flat for mailing. Take a look:

One would look at this card and think – oh, what a CUTE snowman die!

Well, not so!  Deb used basic dies most of us have on hand to create this fun card.

The snowman’s body and dip in the snow were created with basic circles dies.

The sign was created with stamps from our Typewritten Series, cut with our Fishtail Sentiment Banners.

The snowman’s arms were cut with the sprig die from our Floral Cluster and Sprigs die set.

The snowy paper is from A Lumberjack Christmas by Echo Park.

Deb used Copic markers in black, grey and orange for the detail on the snowman,

She added snow using Snowtex.

The card inside uses another sentiment from our Typewritten Series, a punched snowflake and tiny red heart from our Farmhouse Signage die set.

What a very clever, creative and FUN card to extend warm winter wishes and to let the recipient know you are thinking of them.

Thanks so much, Deb – totally LOVE this fun idea!
