Julie is here today with another easel card, this time using the popular and fun Catch of the Day by Graphic 45. The design team has been having so much fun with this pad!

The scripture verse is from our set called Words of Encouragement.

Here’s a nice close look at that gorgeous sea themed paper.

Note the bits of cheesecloth Julie has worked in.

Cheeseloth is a wonderful embellishment to add a bit of texture to this paper collection.

Cheesecloth can be dyed, frayed, raveled, knotted, twisted and turned to suit your need – super versatile!

The scripture Julie chose is perfect with this paper collection.

The direction to be still is so perfect with the rough and stormy waters depicted in the papers.

An easel card is always fun and serves as beautiful, seasonal home decor as well.

It comes in a large sheet – 36″ x 3 yards. It cuts very easily into whatever size you might need.

You can easily dye your cheesecloth by coffee or tea staining it or more quickly with your ink.

You can then fray, ravel, tie, knot, twist and turn your cheesecloth however you like to suit your need.

It adds such wonderful texture to your project. Fun stuff!
