Coffee seems to be the theme this week. In one week we’ve had National Coffee Day and International Coffee Day and today is World Cardmaking Day, so I hope we are all drinking up to celebrate these events while spending the day creating! Julie is sharing a lovely cup with us today, telling us to “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” I just love this scritpure verse for coffee cards! Take a look:

Let’s start with the fun background. Julie stamped the background using stamps from A Cup of Java by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The coffee cup was cut using the companion die from A Cup of Java by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The sentiment (scripture verse) is from Coffee or Tea? by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The pretty fall designer papers are from Welcome Autumn by Carta Bella.

The lace border and the doily type lace on the cup are cut with the Crochet Die by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

For the sentiment panel Julie used Wood Textures by Craft Consortium.

Julie also used a Kaisercraft Pearl as a lovely accent, Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Marker on the steam, and VersaFine Onyx Black Ink.
