Bagging gifts (rather than the tedious task of wrapping gifts) is a winning proposition in my book! We all know how pricey some of those fancier bags can get. One of my favorite things to do is keep a good supply of plain brown gift bags (and even lunch sacks) on hand, ready for a quick decorating job to spruce them up. PLUS, I love the natural look and feel to the brown paper. Esther’s thoughts must be along the same lines as mine as I LOVE her brown paper bag project for today!

Now, does this exceed a purchased bag, or not? No question, it does!!!

Esther made good use of the paper and cutouts in a Christmas pad from Graphic 45 with a bit of crochet lace added and there you go, a gorgeous bag and tag combination.

The paper used is Let it Snow by Graphic 45.

To make the coordinating tag Esther cut the shape with Tag Collection by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

That lovely winter tree is from O Christmas Tree by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The small joy sentiment is from Christmas Joy by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.
