Today’s card from Esther put a huge smile on my face! Such a fun card with that all American home town feel. Esther created a patriotic still life scene using items from a few different sets, setting them on a wooden table, backed by striped wallpaper. She even made fun tiny little pinwheels (directions below) to add to the festive summery theme.

A wonderful way to send festive 4th of July greetings through the mail!

Here is the how-to from Esther on making those mini pinwheels:

“I created some mini pinwheels by cutting a 3/4 inch square, snipping from each corner almost to the center, and folding up every other point. I glued a sequin to the center and snipped a toothpick in half for the wand.”

How clever, cute and seasonally appropriate is that!
