Good Sunday morning to all! Wishing you a wonderful day today. Judy is sharing a pair of fresh, crisp snowy stocking and mitten cards perfect for the coming winter season. Judy used stamps and dies from our NEW Christmas Winter Release and created some fun backdrops using the dies included in the release. And traditional red and green is always a winning combination!

These cards are so simple and pretty, offering subtle background texture.

The stocking, mittens and backgrounds were all created with dies included in this fun new release.

The snowflakes were stamped using Snowflake Blessings Border Strip by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The stocking was cut using Christmas Stockings and Mittens by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The ‘joy’ was cut using Peace & Joy Word Dies by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

I love how Judy cut the word using the same paper as the background. Once glued on it gives the appearance of a dry embossed word rather than a die cut word – super fun!!!

And who doesn’t love a pair of red winter mittens!

They were cut using Christmas Stockings and Mittens by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Again, Judy took the snowflake die from the set, cut it in the same paper as the background, and once adhered this again looks like a dry embossed background. I am super loving this fun technique!

Judy stamped in VersaFine Clair Nocturne and added sequins for some sparkly accents.
