In Judy’s own words, here is her how-to:

“I first embossed the daffodils, using embossing ink and white opaque embossing powder. The background was made by blending the three oxide inks, then wiping with a cloth to bring out the white embossed flowers. Finished with a spattering of water and Gold Perfect Pearls. The uncolored daffodils are stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne and then embossed with clear powder.”
