Today is Flag Day in the United States. “Our flag represents the freedom, dignity, and true meaning of being an American. It has been with us through our war times, our sad times, but also in times of our greatest joys and triumphs.” So today we celebrate our flag – Old Glory – The Red, White and Blue. Deb created a wonderful card to share today in tribute to our flag.

The is not the traditional US flag, but a lovely representation of such, designed as a background stamp that works equally as well as the focal image stamp.

The background and sentiment are both from Patriotic Background by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The sentiment is cut with Fishtail Sentiment Banners by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Deb stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copic markers.

She used Gold Stickles on the stars, which are super sparkly in real life, but the shimmer and shine did not come through in the photos.
