The 4th of July is nearly here! It’s time to celebrate and Proclaim Liberty! Julie is sharing a gorgeous card today combining two sets from our Patriotic Series – our NEW Patriotic Background with our American Eagle stamp set, and I must say that these two sets work together just beautifully!

The eagle is from The American Eagle by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Julie stamped in VersaFine Onyx Black ink, clear embossed and colored with water-based markers.

She used a gold metallic paint pen for some of the accent lines and I just LOVE how this really dresses it up!
