Velvet Turkey Tail Feathers to Promote our Sale!
Just a quick post this evening to show you the turkey I made to promote our Thanksgiving Week Sale. Did you see him earlier today in this ad?
There he is! Check out our Thanksgiving Week Sale.
And here he is again with a little explanation to follow.
Isn’t he sweet! But HE looks more like a SHE to me!
The card base is 5.5″ square.
Paper used is from Silver and Gold by Bo Bunny, a Christmas pad.
The body is cut with Circle Nesties, edged with Tombow Mono Mulit Liquid Glue and Tim Holtz Distress Glitter – Antique Linen.
The eyes are from an older Webster’s Pages embellishment pack.
The nose and “hair” are scrap pieces of venice lace.
The heart is from an older Webster’s Pages Little Whimsies pack.
And the ribbon is all May Arts Velvet, shown below:
May Arts 3/4″ Velvet – Brown and Burgundy used
May Arts 3/8″ Metallic Velvet – White, Gold and Brown used
May Arts 3/8″ Velvet with Gold Dots – Burgundy and White used
