And speaking of background stamps, I fell head over heels in love with Sheri’s card today. She took a classic damask pattern background stamp, used the gorgeous Delicata gold ink to stamp it, and that set the stage for her card. With this fabulous beginning, this base could have served for any number of occasions – wedding comes to mind, as well as sympathy, or any time “pretty and classy” is the desire. Sheri went with a Christmas card, adding a simple band of ribbon and a simple sentiment framed with a gorgeous die cut design. LOVE this! Take a look:
