Good Monday morning! We have a fun new week planned here at Stamp Simply. This week we are putting our focus on backgrounds – stamped backgrounds. The team was challenged to design cards using stamps to create their backgrounds (as opposed to designer papers). We have some gorgeous cards to share this week and we begin with Holly’s card using a collage stamp to create her background.

Isn’t this just as lovely as can be?

Holly created the background using the larger collage stamp in our Jesus set.

The background is stamped with black ink onto a sheet of darker paper from the Silent Night pad.

The focal image sentiment is so beautiful and is from our Wonder of Christmas Sentiments stamp set.

The fun berry cluster got me at hello!

The two different springs are both dies included in our Floral Cluster & Sprigs die set from our Floral Cluster Series.

The berries are circles you could punch or die cut – about 1/2″ circles from gold foil paper.

Such a beautiful card, Holly! Thank you so very much.

I love seeing our products used in just a different way from time to time!
