Easter Money Holders for the Kids – by Sharon Johnson
Hi there! I’m just popping in quickly tonight with some little money holders I made for my grandchildren for Easter. These are super quick and easy, the fronts are totally no-stamp, just cutting out paper, and there’s a little pocket inside to tuck in a bit of money. Fun and easy to make – take a look:
Those darling papers are from the NEW pad Welcome Easter by Echo Park.
That pad is so fun for a project like this with all the cutouts right in the pad – love that!
You could make dozens of these out of one paper pad.
The scoring/folding directions are further down.
Who doesn’t love a cute bunny! This one is for a sweet little girl.
And here’s a fun truck load of eggs for one of the boys.
And here’s Peter Cottontail for a 1 year old boy.
I did stamp Happy Easter on the inside, but that’s the only stamping.
Cutting/scoring instuctions:
Cut paper 4″ x 11″
Score at 2.5″ and 7.5″
The 2.5″ flap folds up for the pocket
The other longer flap folds down – and to this you attach your cutout image panel that hangs over, giving weight to the top portion – as seen in photo.
Fold up some money and tuck inside!
