Stamp Simply #87 – For the Guys!
Keyword ssnotime87 -There is no time limit. You can play this challenge and upload yourproject at Splitcoastand/or your Blog, anytime at all! You (and that means anyone and everyone, blogger or not!)can play as many times as you like!!! The point is to keep it simple, quick and have fun!!! Please link back here.
FOR THE GUYS – When I first started stamping I did a ton of masculine cards, living in a houseful of guys, but I slowly got away from it and now don’t do nearly enough of them. Fathers’ day is still a month away, but we have all sorts of occasions to give those guys in our lives cards — so make a card for one of those guys in your life, but there is one more stipulation — lets make sure our cards include either string, rope, cording or knots of some sort — which is what I used to include on guy cards all the time when I did them years ago. So pull out those *rugged ribbons* – LOL — and let’s create for those guys in our lives!!!
Check out the greatsamples for the Stamp Simply Challenge today on the blogs of these designers:
Please bear with us as we are all uploading and linking on Thursday night.

What wonderful samples!!! Thank you girls!!! Much appreciated!!!
Heres myguy creationfor today:
I think it fits the bill: masculine, string, knots, Stamped Simply! Not a whole lot to say! As before, I put down a narrow strip of red sticky tape across the card front and then wrapped my string on top of it — holds the string perfectly!!! I like this rugged look on a guy card. I was happy to be able to make my own THANKS in a size I wanted by using my JustRite Times New Roman Uppercase Font. Simple card — enough said!
Stamps: Times New Roman Font Uppercase used on the Harmony Rectangle Stamper by JustRite.
Paper: PTI Vintage Cream, Granola DP by Basic Grey.
Ink: VersaFine Vintage Sepia. ColorBox Chalk Creamy Brown.
Accessories: May Arts String from the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store, Red Sticky Tape, Glue Glider.

Great card Sharon! You make it look so easy to come up with a masculine card. I love that string – it does give it that masculine look that we are looking for. Have a great day!
