LaBlanche Bird Cage, Harp and Bunnies

We have a few more LaBlanche projects to share.  We’ve been having so much fun with these stamps we just couldn’t quit — LOL!!!  The Bird Cage image is one of my favorites by LaBlanche.  It is easy to color, but looks just as good in black and white.

Here I colored very sparingly with my Copics,  just to add a bit of color.  This image colors up very quickly, even for those of us who don’t color a lot.   Plain black and white paper, a couple of Rhinestones and I called it done!  A clean look with a bit of color.   Memento Tuxedo Black Ink was used for coloring with Copics.

My next attempt was the same card, but I added a black bow of 100% Silk Ribbon byMay Arts, made on the Bow Easy.  I debated on the ribbon as there are other options that worked equally as well on this card — namely the new 1.5″ Silky Crushed Ribbon and the 1/2″ Wrinkled Ribbon.

This is a completely plain, black and white gift set of cards I made many months ago, but thought I’d share it again once I’m talking about the Bird Cage stamp.

This simple style is still a favorite of mine.  It’s a set of 4 notecards and envelopes encased in an A2 Clear Box with a simple 1″ Grosgrain w/Satin Edge black ribbon tied around it.  Simply stamped in VersaFine Onyx Black Ink for a crisp, clear image.  What a quick and simple gift set to make!

Barb is still playing with her Harp stamp.  I’m trusting you saw the framed gift she shared yesterday?  Well now you can check out this gorgeous Christmas card with that same Harp stamp — this is one FAB Christmas card — SO rich and elegant!

And we’ll jump right from Christmas to Easter with the Two Rabbits stamp by LaBlanche.  Above is an oh-so-pretty card, suitable for Easter or anytime, but be sure to click here to see the yummy Easter treat Barb made to coordinate with this lovely card!  Barb is always over-flowing with her creative 3-D projects!  Thank you Barb!!!  You continue to amaze and inspire us all!!!

AWESOME!! These cards are a treasure for the eyes and heart! I can’t get enough, lol. Barb’s Two Bunnies remind me of the sugar eggs we could look in and see a beautiful colored design, I LOVED those things. Now, I hope the address on the clear envelope is mine, lol. TFS and all that you do.
