Sending Love, Peace and Joy – by Judy Rozema

Today Judy shares an elegant, warm and lush Christmas card with us. She used a 3/4″ wide velvet on her card and there is just something about velvet, especially wide velvet, that makes a Christmas card all that much more special. Judy dressed it up a bit more with a Prima flower and the so popular wired beads. If you want to add a festive touch to your projects, those wired beads will surely do it (available in 8 colors). Just twirl and twine them to suit your need/space for that extra special glitzy touch! Again, Judy’s card is quite simple and straightforward, using a pretty die shape and lovely sentiment. This project is very do-able, yet very impressive. We like that! Take a look:

So very gorgeous!  Yet so easy to remake! I like how the sheet of paper used to cut the doily shape looks like “knitting”.

You can see Judy’s post on her bog here.

It’s so interesting how that pattern paper worked in that die cut. It almost looks like yarn! Cool!

Lovely, the velvet ribbon looks so luxurious.
