Cards with Custom Envelopes – by Darsie Bruno
Darsie has been doing some fabulous video tutorials on her You Tube Channel, making custom envelopes to coordinate with her cards, both flat and dimensional. (Links provided below). For her envelopes she is using the Envelope Punch Board by We R Memory Keepers (in stock), and her directions show you just how easy it is to get that totally custom look to your project. Darsie’s pretty cards are made with JustRite stamps, Spellbinders dies and beautiful May Arts silk ribbon. I know you’ll enjoy these clear and easy to understand video tutorials. Take a look at this gorgeous project:
Darsie used:
Stamps: Applique Flowers and Vintage Sentiment Tag (flower) , Celebration LabelsOne and Bracket Borders One (sentiment)
Dies: Spellbinders Botanical Swirls and Accents (triangle for envelope flap), Butterfly Corner (envelope frame on front), Foliage Flourish (card front)
Ink: VersaMark, Stampendous Super Fine Detail White Embossing Powder
Ribbon: May Arts 1/4″ Silk Ribbon – Champagne and Mauve
Adhesives: 3D Foam Squares
This shows both the envelope front and back.
What you can’t see is the dimension to the envelope so it easily accommodates the card.
