Tomorrow officially begins our annual event, The 12 Days of a Clean and Simple Christmas. This is an event that we here at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store look forward to with great anticipation each year. It’s just a lot of fun for us and we hope it is for you, too!

We’ll be here to inspire you for 12 consecutive days with Christmas projects we hope you enjoy, using the newest products on the market for this Christmas season.

We’ll be posting each morning at 8 am EST and some evenings at 8 pm EST.

And today I have a couple quick but pretty Christmas cards to share that I made last evening.

These are quick cards to put together. Both use the same supplies.

Personally, as much as I’d love to spend an entire day creating, I just don’t have the time, so my projects NEED to be quick and easy. I love creating with beautiful papers and embellishments. My feeling is that if you’ve got a pretty sheet of paper, you’ve got it made!

These cards both use a NEW paper collection from Kaisercraft – Silver Bells.

It is gorgeous!!! The sheet I chose is just to die for (so to speak!).

The popped up ornament and the sentiment banner were from the coordinating Collectables package.

I added glitter and a silver string bow to the ornament. Full supply list shown further down.

This card is also from Silver Bells.

Both of these cards are a bit larger at 6.5 x 4.75″. I like to make cards this size for 2 reasons:

1.  The Kaisercraft paper is 6.5″ square and by making my card this size I don’t have to cut any width off the paper — I can make use of the entire design on the sheet.
2.  Cards this size fit perfectly into the A6 size Clear Boxes that I like to use for storage, protection and presentation.

On this card, the ornament sheet is super glittery (came that way) and I added glitter to the Merry Christmas oval that I took from the coordinating Collectables package.

I do want to point out that with the Kaisercraft pads, they all do have 4 pages of punch out die cuts at the back of each pad, which is nice! Adding the Collectables package just gives you that many more options for quick creations.
