Well, I finally got a card made for our Altenew week. I needed, of course, a sympathy card, so that’s what I did.  I kept it VERY clean and simple as well as flat for mailing. I have been wanting to use the Golden Garden set, so I did, pulling a rose image that I silver embossed and then colored with Copics. I combined it with some favorite sympathy stamps. Take a look:

The card is super simple.

The silver mirror paper adds a touch of sparkle, along with the silver embossing and pink rhinestones.

The card fits a paper envelope that is 4.75 x 6.5″, so my card is cut just a hair under those measurements.

I don’t recall the last time I made a card without ribbon!
