Graduation – by Sharon Johnson

Graduation time here is fast approaching and I got a good start on my cards. We always give money, so I made money (or gift card) holders. I used a tried and true fold with some fun grad paper and NEW die set that is JUST PERFECT! Take a look:

ClassDuoFront 640x443

I have 5 made so far – these are so quick and easy.

We actually did these cards at a card class I had today – the ladies loved them!!!

Class GRAD 500x443

This Graduation wood mount stamp has been a best seller this time of year for several years now.

It’s a keeper, for sure.

Class Accomplish 500x454

This is another favorite wood mount stamp called To Accomplish, equally as popular.

I love the size and the font.

Here’s a view of the opened cards.

A nice pocket to tuck in your cash, check or gift card.

Using a 1/2 sheet of paper (5.5 x 8″) score at 2″ and 6″. Fold.

The 2″ flap is the pocket and the 6″ flap is the top.

Decorate the card front with designer paper and add an overhanging focal feature and you are done!

I often use Velcro to secure the card closed, but this time I didn’t.

These fit into a standard A2 envelope.
