You know those times when we have these grandiose ideas about the fabulous cards we’re going to make? Then reality sets in and we find we just do not have time to do it all as we intended. Well, that could be my life story – LOL. Jill is with us today sharing a short-cut, if you want to call it that, where we still get that FAB project but with far less work. Take a look at this gorgeous card trio she made sharing her tip with us:

Aren’t these just as pretty as can be! I love them!!!

What Jill did here to save time is NOT color her images. How often do we set a stamp set aside because we don’t have time to color in the image?

Jill did some color blocking with beautiful papers and merely placed her uncolored image atop.

She used black matting and a white embossed sentiment on black cardstock to tie it all together.

The papers are from the Watercolors collection by Craft Consortium.

That is one seriously gorgeous collection of papers.

Jill used the same sentiment on all cards, again making for quicker production.

The sentiments are from our All Occasion Sentiments SET 2.

The simple addition of a few floating enamel dots adds a pretty touch!

A fun set of cards to have on hand for yourself and a wonderful set to gift as well!
