Good Friday morning! It is officially spring, but the fresh white snow outside makes me think I’d better enjoy those spring flowers on papercraft projects for the time being! Deb is here today sharing a get well card featuring the lovely single stem tulip and an encouraging verse from scripture, both included in our Get Well Tulip stamp set. Take a look:

Deb used the no line coloring technique to watercolor this tulip image.

A classic embossing folder was used to created a subtle, textured background.

A simple get well wish tied on with some burlap string is the perfect finishing touch.

Deb used the beautiful and uplifting verse from Philippians 4:8 on the inside of her card.

As Deb so often does, her entire card is made with watercolor paper, giving it a greater weight and substance.

Lovely, indeed! Surely this will cheer up the recipient!
