Good Wednesday morning! Jill is here today sharing a cheerful rainbow themed card that was easy and fun to make using various colors of cardstock and enamel dots. It’s relatively flat for mailing and such a fun project, both to make and to receive. Take a look:
This card just shouts HAPPY!
Jill cut strips of paper and placed them in rainbow order on top of her white card base.
She pulled out coordinating enamel dots and had some fun!
