I must tell you, I absolutely LOVE patriotic cards. There is just something about them that truly blesses my heart, makes me feel all warm and cozy and lifts my spirits. This one by Julie is surely no exception. Take a look:

I love the rich colors, that fabulous background and strong feel of patriotism.

The background was made using a Tim Holtz embossing folder, Lumber, embossing both white cardstock and a red sheet from the Grunge Dark Tones pad by Craft Consortium.

The machine zig-zag stitching and knotted kraft twine add a wonderful touch of homespun Americana.

I am head-over-heels with the way Julie colored her flag!

The map/flag and sentiment are all inluded in our Patriotic Series.

Our patriotic bundle consists of two stamp sets and one die set.

The fun sentiment was cut with our Fishtail Sentiment Banners.
