The sentiment is on a die cut heart from Farmhouse Pierced Nested Hearts by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The stars are cut using Stars Five by Spellbinders and Welcome Baby Basics by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The stars are cut from Bazzill Mirror Cardstock in gold.

For lovely vintage accents Deb used May Arts 3/8″ Crochet Lace and Burlap String.
