Easter Pocket Card – by Esther Asbury
Pocket cards are always fun, especially when they contain a special gift tucked into the pocket. Esther’s pocket card contains a bookmark and is made up in a cheery springtime Easter theme. Suitable for any age, I see the younger generation being thrilled with this fun card. This design allows you to also tuck in a gift card or cash for that special someone, while still presenting them with the Easter message. A super fun project!

It’s so much fun doing these type of projects using a variety of coordinated prints.
All those delightful papers are from My Favorite Easter by Echo Park.
Esther created the bookmark/tag using a die from Tag Collection by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).
The ribbon at the tag top is from one of our Seam Binding Samplers – Blues Purples.
The scripture verse is from our NEW Salvation by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.
The scripture verse is cut with Elegant Ovals by Spellbinders.

This is a very sweet card! Would it be possible to get the recipe for the pocket size? Also it appears to be secured to the card front on just two sides….is that right?
I am hoping to make a few of these for friends and especially my three Great Grandchildren.

The pocket is a piece of 4 x 5.25 designer paper with one edge trimmed off at an angle and adhered to a gingham piece of paper of the same size on both sides and the bottom.
The gingham piece was glued to an A2 card front on all sides.
